From the buyer’s side: The buyer may go to our website
and view homes where the seller has already agreed to consider
a lease purchase option. Or the buyer may choose a list of
homes from which they wish to pursue a lease purchase. Our
lease purchase team will contact the sellers or agent (if
represented by an agent) and negotiate on behalf of the buyer.
From the seller’s side: The seller or their agent
is contacted to explore the possibility of a lease purchase
option. If the option is considered the seller is presented
with an offer and full information regarding the potential
tenant/buyer.
Fees: The lease purchase team receives
$500 after they have negotiated the lease purchase. If the
buyer exercises the
purchase option during or at the conclusion of the agreement
the $500 is returned to the buyer in some agreed upon form
i.e. principal reduction, cash etc...
Note: Buyer’s are referred to our lease purchase team
who handle all negotiations. Cambridge Home lending is not
involved in the negotiation and does not receive any monetary
